The ABA mobile APP offers attendees 24/7 access to the sessions, exhibit hall, events, posters and announcements.  You company logo will be featured within the APP, on signage promoting the APP to attendees. PLUS, one push notification each day of the meeting.

Grab attention of the attendees! Connect during the meeting by sending your customized push notification guiding attendees to your booth or event. As a sponsor, you’ll receive one push notification and can choose the date and time for your message.

Be a caffeine hero and provide the much-needed ‘pick me up’ for attendees during the morning coffee break!  A coffee station will be near your booth in the exhibit hall. Sponsorship includes logo recognition on signage and your logo on coffee cup sleeves. Your collateral or promotion items, sponsor provided, can be placed at the coffee station.

Sponsor the exhibit hall lunch on Wednesday or Thursday and enhance your visibility! Your logo and booth number will be featured on signage driving traffic to your booth during this high-traffic time. Also, a push notification will be sent to attendees before lunch, highlighting your sponsorship.

Host a reception bar in your booth on Tuesday or Wednesday evening to entertain existing customers and attract new ones (bartender included). Your sponsorship includes signage with details about the beverage being served and a map to guide attendees to your booth.

Gain maximum visibility as the exclusive registration bag sponsor. Every attendee will receive a co-branded bag at registration, featuring both your company logo and ABA logo prominently displayed. Help keep our attendees hydrated! Each attendee will receive a reusable water bottle at registration, co-branded with your company’s logo and the ABA’s logo. Water stations throughout the event will provide refills, featuring signage with your logo for continued brand exposure.

Put your company’s logo directly in attendees’ hands by featuring it on guestroom key cards. This opportunity ensures your brand is highlighted throughout the Annual Meeting. As a sponsor, you’ll receive custom branding on the front of hotel key card, which will be distributed to attendees during check-in while supplies last. Attendees will receive (1) sponsor key card and (1) standard hotel key card.

This sponsorship includes logo recognition on signage throughout the Annual Meeting, your company name in the password, and your graphic on the wireless launch page. Host FABA, CBRN, BTC, ABA Board of Directors, 2026 awardees and volunteers in the VIP lounge that will be open Wednesday - Friday at the Annual Meeting. Benefits include signage, logo placement in promotional emails, ability to display content in the lounge*, and access to the lounge for up to 2 staff members at a time.

*Content must be approved by ABA.

$1,500 for 2 hours

Host your VIP’s, book an informal meeting to simply recharge, or invite new prospects to a ‘sit-down’ without distraction.  A meeting suite includes seating for six people and power. Suites can be reserved in two-hour increments, during exhibit hall hours.

*Exhibitors are responsible for Audio Visual and Food and Beverage.

Looking to host a private meeting with your staff, clients or VIP’s? Sponsor a meeting room, which are available on a first-come basis.  

Space is assigned on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Each organization is responsible for ALL expenses related to the meeting or function (AV, food/beverage and more).  We will connect you with the hotel contact to arrange your meeting details.
