Who We Are

The American Burn Association (ABA) is the leading national organization advancing burn care through a multidisciplinary approach. Representing burn surgeons, nurses, therapists, researchers, first responders, and more, the ABA unites experts across the care continuum, from emergency response to long-term recovery.

ABA members lead efforts in specialized burn care, mass casualty preparedness, national data collection, cutting-edge education, including the Advanced Burn Life Support® ABLS program, and prevention campaigns. As the field’s convener, the ABA drives innovation in regenerative medicine, digital health, mental health support, and trauma system integration.

With over 3,000 members worldwide, the ABA fosters collaboration, advances best practices, and is dedicated to improving outcomes and restoring lives for burn patients at every stage of recovery.

What We Do

The ABA focuses on delivering the innovative tools to enhance the quality of burn care. We deliver the latest in healthcare simulation education, as well as critical information on pain therapies, functional foods and hydration. Attendees will come away inspired and prepared for the future with current knowledge about burn care and the recent treatments available.

Be a caffeine hero and provide the much-needed ‘pick me up’ for attendees during the morning coffee break!  A coffee station will be near your booth in the exhibit hall. Sponsorship includes logo recognition on signage and your logo on coffee cup sleeves. Your collateral or promotion items, sponsor provided, can be placed at the coffee station.

Exhibit Hall Networking Experience Lunches | Limited Availability

Sponsor the exhibit hall lunch on Wednesday or Thursday and enhance your visibility! Your logo and booth number will be featured on signage driving traffic to your booth during this high-traffic time. Also, a push notification will be sent to attendees before lunch, highlighting your sponsorship.

Put your company’s logo directly in attendees’ hands by featuring it on guestroom key cards. This opportunity ensures your brand is highlighted throughout the Annual Meeting. As a sponsor, you’ll receive custom branding on the front of hotel key card, which will be distributed to attendees during check-in while supplies last. Attendees will receive (1) sponsor key card and (1) standard hotel key card.

Be the first to welcome attendees to the Annual Meeting with a fresh glass of orange juice! The Welcome Cart, stocked with fresh orange juice, will be stationed by registration on Monday and Tuesday. Sponsorship includes orange juice, branding on the cart, branded cups, and a push notification. The sponsor can provide handouts for the cart.

Ensure your brand is visible at every turn! Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors will wear co-branded lanyards featuring your company logo and the ABA logo throughout the Annual Meeting, including in conference sessions, networking events, and the exhibit hall.

Be the lifeline that keeps attendees connected! Your company name will be included in the Wi-Fi password that all attendees will need to access the internet. This sponsorship includes logo recognition on signage throughout the Annual Meeting, your company name in the password, and your graphic on the wireless launch page. Registration Bag Insert

Enhance your visibility by including your brochure or giveaway in each registration bag. And your insert isn’t limited to collateral only. Consider raffle tickets for a giveaway at your booth, or attention-grabbing like luggage tags, chargers, reusable straws, travel kits and more!

This calming activation creates a peaceful, distraction-free environment that promotes mindfulness, focus, and stress relief. Closing Party Sponsor | Limited Availability

Special Interest Group (SIG) Break

ABA SIG DAY, Tuesday April 14!  ABA has a variety of SIG meetings (12+) and you can sponsor the meeting’s food and beverage/break. Many of these meetings have 75-100 attendees! As a sponsor, your company will be recognized on signage at the entrance, display a pop-up banner and provide handouts inside of the room.

President’s Reception Experience | EXCLUSIVE

VIP Lounge (Invite Only) | EXCLUSIVE

Host FABA, CBRN, BTC, ABA Board of Directors, 2026 awardees and volunteers in the VIP lounge that will be open Wednesday - Friday at the Annual Meeting. Benefits include signage, logo placement in promotional emails, ability to display content in the lounge*, and access to the lounge for up to 2 staff members at a time.

Meeting Suites in the Exhibit Hall | Limited Availability

$1,500 for 2 hours

Host your VIP’s, book an informal meeting to simply recharge, or invite new prospects to a ‘sit-down’ without distraction.  A meeting suite includes seating for six people and power. Suites can be reserved in two-hour increments, during exhibit hall hours.

*Exhibitors are responsible for Audio Visual and Food and Beverage.

Ancillary Meetings | Limited Availability

$5,000/per day, (max. capacity: 30 ppl) 

Looking to host a private meeting with your staff, clients or VIP’s? Sponsor a meeting room, which are available on a first-come basis.  

Space is assigned on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Each organization is responsible for ALL expenses related to the meeting or function (AV, food/beverage and more).  We will connect you with the hotel contact to arrange your meeting details.

Due to the official Annual Meeting schedule, the following times are not available to host attendees:

Sponsored Symposia | Limited Availability

$20,000

Gather feedback, create awareness, and educate a targeted audience of burn care professionals in an intimate setting. These 90- minute in-person sessions can be held Monday, April 13 through Thursday, April 16 and may be accredited (accreditation is the sponsor’s responsibility).

  • Promotion & Attendee Lists: The ABA will promote your symposium, manage registrations, and provide a list of symposium attendees both before and after the Annual Meeting. Attendee lists, including contact details, title, company, and mailing address will be sent two weeks out, the week before the event and after the meeting.
  • Standard AV Setup: Includes screen, projector, and microphone. Additional AV needs are the sponsor’s responsibility.
  • Push Notification: One mobile app push notification will be sent approximately 1 hour before your Sponsored Symposia.
  • Dedicated Web Page: A page on the Annual Meeting website will be dedicated to driving attendees to the various Sponsored Symposia.
  • Promotional Emails: 3 promotional emails will be sent to encourage registration for the Sponsored Symposia.
  • Registration Bag Insert: A registration bag insert, provided by the ABA, will promote the Sponsored Symposia.

Innovation Theater | Limited Availability

Showcase your company’s products and services at the Innovation Theater, located in a prime location in the exhibit hall. Benefits include a listing in the mobile APP, signage recognition, AV equipment, registration bag insert.

Tip: Sponsors are encouraged to scan attendee badges as they enter the Innovation Theater to collect leads.  Lead retrieval devices can be ordered at an additional fee.
